The role:

Royal High School Bath operates in a highly competitive environment and requires creative, strategic marketing to help it maintain and raise its profile as a leading independent girls’ school and part of the Girls’ Day School Trust.

We are now looking for a talented, organised, creatively driven Marketing Manager to join our team. Does that sound like you?

As Marketing Manager, you will lead on the implementation of strategy through advertising, online and offline marketing, PR and events developed to support recruitment of students. You'll work closely with the Director of External Relations and manage two members of the team ensuring all activity underpins the school development plan.

The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, thrive on deadlines, have excellent ICT and organisational skills and work with a team whose primary focus is the recruitment and retention of pupils locally, nationally and internationally. A knowledge of the digital marketing landscape is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful, energetic, forward-thinking team and make a real difference in an independent school environment. About Royal High School Bath Senior School

Royal High School Bath was formed in 1998 with the successful merger of two very fine independent girls’ schools, both with histories going back to the middle of the 19th Century. It enjoys wonderful facilities for learning and recreation and our students achieve outstanding results at all levels.  Our staffroom has a warm and collegial atmosphere and our membership of the GDST provides an exciting professional network for all staff.

We are the GDST’s only boarding school.  We offer both day and boarding places from Year 5-13 and our boarders are extremely well integrated with the day community and have a strong profile within the school.
