The Marketing Team seeks to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working as part of a small marketing team, you will be responsible for marketing all elements of Ampleforth’s interests including the College and Prep school, visitor experience, trading and the work of our Benedictine community. This will include development of print and digital materials, commissioning and interpreting market research, campaign evaluation and internal and external communications.
The successful applicant must be a marketing all-rounder with exceptional communication skills. Flexibility and resilience are essential in such a broad role. You must have experience of working with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally you must have demonstrated skills in balancing commercial and value based objectives.
The post is likely to attract someone with strong marketing experience in the independent education sector. Alternatively the role might suit an exceptional individual with wider educational or commercial experience gained outside the sector but who has an instinctive feel for Ampleforth’s wider community, bringing with them the relevant skills to undertake this complex and exciting job. You will be someone who lives and breathes the Ampleforth brand and will be able to communicate and promote its Catholic, Benedictine and Christian ethos.
