The Role

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Brand, you will support the development and execution of high-quality marketing initiatives across print, digital, and social media channels. You will play a key role in student recruitment campaigns, brand promotion, and content creation, ensuring all marketing efforts align with Rugby School’s prestigious reputation.

Key Responsibilities

·        Support the Head of Marketing & Brand on small and large scale marketing projects, liaising with stakeholders and working within budgets.

·        Produce high quality print and digital materials, ensuring brand consistency.

·        Proofread and edit content for accuracy and professionalism.

·        Maintain and update the School’s website.

·        Run the day-to-day social media activity. Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising.

·        Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content.

·        Capture photos and videos when needed.

·        Support marketing for admissions and School events.

·        Create and send digital newsletters to segmented audiences.

Requirements

·        A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·        Experience in a marketing role, ideally within education.

·        Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·        Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and paid advertising.

·        Experience with website content management and SEO best practices.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects, work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively.

·        A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

·        Strong IT skills, including familiarity with design software.
