The school is currently looking to appoint a dynamic, engaging and appropriately qualified Marketing Manager to work across the whole school and deliver a strong and effective marketing plan.

Working at Mount St. Mary’s College in any capacity is a privilege. It is a special community with a proud history and a bright future, where staff and pupils work hard to achieve success and rewards.

Our vibrant community of students come primarily from the local area however we have a flourishing boarding community including individuals from around the world. Our marketing of the school must reflect the broad and diverse markets that our students come from so the ability to take on a wide ranging, multi-channel brief and make it relevant to a range of audiences is vitally important.

As marketing manager you will plan and deliver a range of initiatives and campaigns which fulfil the aims of the Admissions Plan. Working to the Head of Admissions, Marketing & Development, you will take responsibility for delivering a broad range of on and offline promotions, events and advertising. You will keep within an agreed marketing budget and deliver updates on this on a monthly basis.

It is essential that applicants for this role can demonstrate strong communication skills, especially the ability to write effective, engaging and persuasive copy for advertising, press releases, promotional material and internal communications. You will also be able to present to audiences small and large. Experience of a range of social media platforms will be essential.

The beauty of this role is that no two days will ever be quite the same. You will be asked to engage with a broad range of initiatives involving colleagues working across the school. An individual who can spot opportunities and who is prepared to go above and beyond, especially when large school events are being delivered, will thrive in this environment.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be part of a vibrant co-educational boarding and day school in the Jesuit tradition, catering for the needs of children aged 3 -18 from all denominations in a truly ecumenical and happy environment.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us at this pivotal time in the life of the College where you can make a significant contribution and impact to its success.
