Mount St Mary’s College is a leading day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 11 – 18 years. Barlborough Hall is our preparatory school and welcomes children from 3 – 11 years. The school is currently looking to appoint a dynamic, engaging and appropriately qualified Marketing Manager to work across the whole school and deliver a strong and effective marketing plan.

Our vibrant community of students come primarily from the local area however we have a flourishing boarding community including individuals from around the world. Our marketing of the school must reflect the broad and diverse markets that our students come from so the ability to take on a wide ranging, multi-channel brief and make it relevant to a range of audiences is vitally important.

As marketing manager you will plan and deliver a range of initiatives and campaigns which fulfil the aims of the Admissions Plan. Working to the Head of Admissions, Marketing & Development, you will take responsibility for delivering a broad range of on and offline promotions, events and advertising. You will keep within an agreed marketing budget and deliver updates on this on a monthly basis. 

It is essential that applicants for this role can demonstrate strong communication skills, especially the ability to write effective, engaging and persuasive copy for advertising, press releases, promotional material and internal communications. You will also be able to present to audiences small and large. Experience of a range of social media platforms will be essential.
