We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly motivated Marketing Manager supporting Cambridge BoxHill Language Assessment (CBLA) in promoting the OET's (Occupational English Test) strategic goals by driving the region's marketing activities. This position broadly supports the EMEA team through local event management, collateral production, digital assets, advertising, social media projects and other strategic goals

About The Role

 Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Devise and implement the Marketing strategy that helps drive revenue and grow market share in the region.
  • Collaborate with the wider Commercial team to create a marketing project plan and calendar, which meet business needs in EMEA.
  • Support the design, delivery and measurement of in-country events, forums and other Face-to-Face and digital activations
  • Evaluate and report on the success of each project, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Provide support as required for B2C, B2G and B2B projects as they arise.
  • Work closely with our network of Preparation Providers, Test Delivery Partners and Institutional Partners to positively build the brand of OET in EMEA
  • Support best in sector production of key events throughout the recruitment cycle including Candidate and Teacher Workshops, Stakeholder Round Table Events, Principal Seminars and Annual Test Delivery Partner Summits
  • Track competitor activity and local industry trends, particularly as they relate to major marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Collect and feed customer and market intelligence to the broader marketing team

About you

The ideal candidate will be comfortable at communicating and identifying and furthering business opportunities. You will also:

  • Minimum 4 years + experience in marketing and or communications, demonstrated ability to use technology, digital marketing channels and tools
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or related field.
  • Exceptional project and time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing objectives at the same time.
  • Proficiency with online digital marketing and social media tools
  • Experience in using CRM systems; Salesforce and MS Office
