This will be an opportunity to undertake a new challenge to make a career change and enable the next generation to benefit from your technical expertise, skills and experience.

The College of Haringey Enfield & North East London and Westminster Kingsway College (part of the Capital City College Group) are looking for industry professionals to help us inspire the next generation, across our Construction, Engineering, Digital, Childcare and Education and STEM curriculum areas.  Across these subjects we are offering permanent part time teaching positions for at least 0.5 FTE.

If you have industry experience and have ever considered teaching and want to take it further, this will be the perfect opportunity. To qualify you must not yet hold a substantive teaching qualification, i.e. Level 5 or higher.  As part of your appointment you will receive high quality training and will undertake a Level 5 teacher training qualification (funded by the Education and Training Foundation).

To qualify for this great opportunity you must be an industry professional.  You will have worked for a minimum of three years in your area of vocation at the time of applying to become a further education teacher, still working in the same industry, or have been in the past 18 months.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a training day at our Tottenham Centre.
