Hampstead Fine Arts is a small, independent, co-ed GCSE and sixth-form College in Belsize Park, North London with a nurturing and encouraging ethos. At A Level we specialise in the arts, humanities, and social science subjects.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic teacher to cover maternity leave with real enthusiasm for the subject and the ability to inspire students. We are an academically ambitious College, which is reflected in our A level grades and university place offers.

Applications are invited from tutors of Sociology or both Sociology and Psychology with a relevant degree to take sole responsibility for teaching the subject(s) to Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth, up to the A Level examination. This maternity leave will start in September 2021 until June 2022. Experience is preferred but we will also consider recent graduates.

Pay will be according to experience.

Please complete the attached application form and submit by Friday 30th April.

Interviews will be held the week commencing 10th May 2021.

Please note that Hampstead Fine Arts seeks to find the right candidate for the job with the aim of promoting equality of opportunity irrespective of age, gender or race and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
