Smart Teachers Australia is recruiting for a confident and suitably experienced Mathematics and Science teacher that would enjoy the challenge of a subject leadership role. This is a full-time contract to commence in April and will be contracted through to the end of the academic year, December 2017. Our client is an independent school located in Melbourne that supports students beyond the classroom and requires a passionate and caring teacher to join their team.

About You:

In order to be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

  • Be eligible to work in Australia (must have a visa)
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in education
  • Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teachers
  • Be willing to contribute to co-curricular life and the school community
  • Must be respectful of the school values and ethos
  • Possess and provide appropriate reference details and police clearances
