Job overview
We are looking for an experienced Mathematics Department Head who can work in a team to share his/her experience in Turkey or abroad with the ENKA Schools, who can lead the teachers in the department about the departmental issues, and work to develop the curriculum, teaching and organization and who can support the teachers in the department.
The requirements of the position:
-University Degree from the relevant departments of universities
-Advanced English and Turkish
-Good organizational skills (meetings, planning, lesson schedules, finding resources for teachers etc.)
-Creating a positive environment for teachers in the department to share their knowledge about teaching and learning
-Distributing the workload in fair manner and supporting teachers
-Setting an example with appropriate behavior both for other teachers and students
