Mathematics Head of Department

The Royal Grammar School Guildford in Qatar opened in September 2016 with the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1. Based on the same principles as RGS Guildford, UK, RGS Qatar has quickly gained a reputation for providing outstanding education.  RGS Qatar currently educates girls and boys from Nursery to Year 11 on an attractive campus 10 minutes’ drive north of central Doha. Having established an excellent team of staff and outstanding facilities our new state of the Art Secondary building will open to Year 12 in August 2022.

We are looking  to appoint an outstanding Head of Department to lead our Mathematics faculty into the next phase of development at RGS Qatar.  We present an exciting opportunity to play an important part in the development and growth of our school.  Experience of leading a department as well up-to-date knowledge of current practices and educational pedagogy is a prerequisite for this role.  The successful candidate will also have experience of delivering Mathematics at KS3, KS4 and KS5.
