We are the only school on the Wirral to be working in partnership with The Institute for Teaching – a new specialist graduate school for teachers. This exciting new initiative is focused on developing our staff through high quality bespoke training that will support career progression and offer a progression pathway to expertise.

You will work closely with the Head of Faculty to raise the achievement of our students and support the development of staff within the faculty, inspiring outstanding practice, a positive culture, and innovative teaching and learning strategies. The role will also offer the opportunity to develop Teaching and Learning across the whole school. You must be an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with excellent professional standards and good communication skills. A full job description is available within the application pack.

The Birkenhead Park School is a co-educational secondary school for children aged 11-16 and has over 700 students on roll.  It is an exciting time to join us as we are on an ambitious journey of transformation and are looking for staff who are motivated to make a real make a difference to the community we serve.
