Job description

• Successfully teach and deliver thier subject across the board, using English as the medium of curriculum delivery.
• Provide an effective, safe and positive learning environment through positive classroom management.
• Keep accurate student assessment records and preparation of student academic reports.
• Assign appropriate homework, correct and give positive feedback to students.
• Attend parent/teacher meetings and other promotional events from time to time as required.
• Participate in and organize co-curricular activities.
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all staff within the college.
• Develop differentiated teaching and assessment material for non-native English speakers.
• Be an excellent communicator, who gets on well with colleagues, students, parents, technology and change.
• Be committed to the development of the school.

Position requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the relevant content subject.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Bed etc.) is a requirement
• Minimum two years teaching experience in KS3, A-Level, IB, AP or similar Programs.
• A demonstrated high level of commitment to teaching excellence.
• An understanding and commitment to being a key team player.

Introduction of NCIC:

Nanshan Chinese International College(NCIC) was established in July 1999. A beautiful  campus of 29,000 square metres, situated in the scenic Overseas Chinese Town area of Nanshan, neighbouring one of Shenzhen's most well known enterainment and recreational areas, 'Window of the World'.

The Cambridge International Examinations Traning Centre was first established in August 2008. In February 2008, University of Cambridge International Examinations(CIE) gave authotization for our CIE Centre to teach the Cambridge International Examinations curriculum and qualifying to conduct CIE's examinations as an Offical Examinations Centre. Our CIE Centre delivers the international curriculum for both IGCSE and A-Levels. Since 2011, with the graduation of our first group to go overseas, we have a very proud record of our students gaining placement in many of the most respected universities in United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia and Hongkong.
