12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Required for September 2018, we seek a qualified, dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics who has the capacity to consistently deliver good or better lessons. You will have a passion for Maths and numeracy that will enthuse, engage and motivate our students and will want to become part of a successful team. You will be expected to play a key role in the development and delivery of successful KS4/5 exam results, as well as ensuring that all students make at least good progress across National Curriculum Maths.

Currently, all KS4 students are entered for Mathematics at GCSE. Across Key Stage 5, we run A Level Maths and AS Further Maths. KS5 experience is desirable but we are willing to professionally develop the right candidate at KS5.

Paget is a multi-ethnic, 11-18 school with excellent transport links.  We offer a positive learning ethos and a supportive staff induction programme.

Paget High School is a mainstream, state-community, co-educational, non-denominational, secondary school for children aged 11-18. It is situated in Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire and there are 700 pupils on its roll.
