Join our ambitious and forward-thinking team and play a vital role in transforming students’ mathematical journeys. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maths Intervention Tutor who is committed to ensuring that every pupil develops the confidence, resilience, and understanding needed to succeed in GCSE Maths.

In this role, you will work with students who have not yet secured key mathematical concepts, delivering target, high-quality support that close gaps and strengthens core skills. Drawing on your subject knowledge, you will use assessment to identify precise areas of need and adapt your approach to ensue students make rapid and sustained progress as they prepare for their GCSE examinations.

Our team is supportive, collaborative, and driven by a shared commitment to improving outcomes for all learners. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to promote consistent and effective teaching approaches, while also modelling strong practice and contributing to the wider maths strategy. Your role will be central in helping students build fluency, problem-solving skills, and confidence in applying mathematics.
