Maths Lead Practitioner

Can you inspire children to love maths?  

We are looking to appoint an outstanding experienced teacher to lead and share excellent classroom practice and continue achieve students’ attachment and progress in Maths.  Availability to lead by example and inspire a love of Maths is essential.    

Hounsdown School achieved a +0.64 P8 score for Maths in 2016 ranking 1st in 70 Hampshire Maintained / Academy schools.    

Hounsdown is an 11-16 Science College which converted to an Academy in August 2011. We are a popular, over-subscribed, Good (Ofsted 2012), Hampshire school and a strategic partner for the ETC Teaching School Alliance.
