In short, you’ll help every student, at every level of ability, to get ahead and will set some challenging targets – and ensure their attainment. But you’ll also be a high profile leader: shaping the curriculum, planning schemes of work and coaching your colleagues whilst pursuing your own CPD. Above all, you will be the spark that releases potential as you chair tutor and mentor group, apply your imagination to overcome barriers to learning, and collaborate with the community to develop ideas and make Maths more relevant.
