ABOUT US

We believe that every child, irrespective of background, wealth or location, should have individual access to teaching that will inspire a love of learning and help them reach their potential.

In the last six months we have opened our Tutor Centre and our vision is for it to be an Internationally recognised Centre of Excellence in Online Maths teaching and Pupil Development, with over 1000 tutors by 2020.

Our parent company is Third Space Learning, based in London. They build technology that connects primary schools pupils to our tutors, providing extra help for children at risk of social or academic failure.

THE ROLE

You will be part of a team responsible for training 100 maths tutors. This will involve helping the team find new and scalable ways of doing this by coming up with new ideas and testing them. You’ll also be working with other Maths Lead Practitioners and each of you will be responsible for training, mentoring and supporting a batch of tutors (around 10). This will help them provide the best teaching experience to our pupils.

THE LOCATION

Sri Lanka, often referred to as the pearl of the Indian Ocean, is fast becoming a favourite for the tourists and intrepid travellers alike.

We are based in the capital city of Colombo, a vibrant and fast growing city that hosts a large ex-pat community with lots to offer and great transport infrastructure from where to get out and explore the island. Our offices are in the Orion City, Sri Lanka’s very own Silicon hub, which means great amenities and location.
