Are you an ambitious and motivated teacher and/or leader of Maths with a pedigree of student success? We are looking to appoint an innovative leader to take a pivotal role in continuing to drive high quality Learning and Teaching across the Maths Faculty so as to ensure the continued high standards and successful student outcomes at GCSE and A Level.  

You will be an essential member of the team who will develop departmental and whole school CPD so as to enhance the delivery of Teaching and thereby ensure high quality Learning across Year 9-13. You will be an exceptional teacher of Maths and will be passionate about your subject with a genuine interest in promoting the subject beyond the classroom.  

North Bromsgrove is looking to appoint a colleague who believes in providing a rich and exciting education for our students that fosters a love Maths and develops a desire for students to study beyond Post 16. We need a leader who can work with the Head of Faculty in continuing the strong culture of achievement and help drive successful outcomes for our students at GCSE and A Level. The role requires a strong moral imperative to ensure success for all learners, and help lead the team, through high expectations and a thorough understanding of pedagogy.
