Job overview

MATHS STATISTICS AND FSMQ COORDINATOR

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 2B (£4683)

Start Date: September 2022

A once in a career opportunity to work in a new, state of the art £34 million school.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to take on a role at the first ‘all through’ school in Essex.

The Beaulieu Park School opened the doors to 60 Reception children in September 2018. In September 2019, another cohort was welcomed into the Primary School, together with 180 Year 7 students. We are pleased to have been heavily oversubscribed each year since. The school will grow one year at a time until it is full in 2024. We are already planning our 6th form provision. We now have a full KS3 and in September, our eldest year group will be starting their GCSE studies as they move into Year 10.

We are looking to appoint a Maths Statistics & FSMQ Coordinator to work with our Head of Maths and her strong team as we move into GCSE and ultimately A Level teaching.

This is a genuinely creative role for an ambitious Maths teacher that has the ability to create, develop and drive an outstanding subject area.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who has a successful record of enabling high achievement, of forging productive relationships with all students and their families regardless of their background or ability. They will be reflective, excited by taking risks and accepting that failure is a part of the learning process. They will promote lifelong learning through their constant drive to improve their own practice, as well as supporting those they lead and work alongside to develop their skills.

If you would like an informal conversation with the Head of Maths, or to arrange a visit, please contact her at mtickner@beaulieuparkschool.com

Salary: MPS/UPS TLR 2B (£4,683)

Start date: September 2022
