About The British College Brazil 

The British College of Brazil (BCB) is one of the leading international schools in Sao Paulo offering contemporary British international education to students from Pre-Nursery through to Secondary. Founded in 2011 BCB has established itself as the school of choice for international families and internationally minded Brazilian families within Sao Paulo. Entering its next stage of development BCB will celebrate its first IB Diploma graduating in this 2020/2021 academic year.

Global academic results for the 2019/20 academic year 

The 19/20 academic year was the strongest for Nord Anglia ever in terms of A-levels, IBDP and GCSE 

IB 

Our IB diploma pass rate was 96.9% 

Global point average of 34.4 

Six perfect 45 scores (from ICS Madrid, NAS Dubai, BIS Ho Chi Minh City and three from Oakridge in India) 

14 Nord Anglia schools had a perfect 100% pass rate 

1,386 IB candidates in total – 15.8% achieved 40 points and above 

A-levels 

44% A*-A grades, an increase of 5% from last year 

Global pass rate of 98.5%, up from 97.5% in the previous year 

All but two of our schools offering the A-level curriculum achieved a pass rate of 100%. 

I/GCSE 

94% A*-C grades 

55.6% A*-A grades 

About the role 

Join our fast-paced international environment, and you will deliver UK National Curriculum and IGSCE and International Baccalaureate programmes. With the ability to create a classroom culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved, you will have a university degree in your specialist subject, a teaching qualification plus considerable teaching experience and knowledge of the curriculum. Receptive to feedback and ready to embrace change, you will be keen to share best practice with colleagues and peers.

Selection Process
