St Philip Howard Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Teacher of Maths to join our hardworking school. 


We would like to hear from Teachers who:


• can actively promote the Catholic ethos of the academy

• have the ability to secure high quality student outcomes 

• are dedicated to providing the best possible outcomes for all the pupils

• have a sound knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.


St Philip Howard Catholic Voluntary Academy is a mixed, comprehensive, Roman Catholic secondary school situated in the thriving town of Glossop, Derbyshire with excellent commuter links to Manchester, Stockport and surrounding areas.


An oversubscribed smaller than average secondary school, St Philip Howard currently has 550 pupils on roll which will increase to 600 in September 2021. St Philip Howard is on a journey to outstanding and since the Academy opened in September 2015 has gone from strength to strength.
