Job overview

We are looking for an outstanding teacher of Maths to join our school. This post is suitable for NQT or more experienced teachers.

As a passionate Maths teacher, you will have the energy and commitment to help drive the students’ learning.  Central to the success of our school is a team that works hard for the students and each other. In return, we will support you to ensure you achieve your ambitions. We take a sensible approach to workload and our staff are well motivated and enjoy coming to work.  As our name implies, the school lies at the heart of its community.  As a result of high expectations, enthusiastic teaching and very positive relationships, students enjoy school and want to do well.  Belmont has a track record of excellent academic results, outstanding student welfare and great staff well being.  Quite simply, Belmont is a great place to work!  If you are considering this opportunity, we strongly advise getting in touch for an informal chat with the Headteacher as we have very low staff turnover and jobs do not come up very often.

Details are also available via the school website www.belmontschool.org.uk or alternatively contact Elaine Morgan on 0191 3865715

Applications should be made on the appropriate application form only and emailed to e.morgan@belmontschool.org.uk or posted to the school address.
