Havant Academy is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to work within our growing and dedicated Maths Department. Havant Academy represents a school on a rapid journey to success. *Be able to demonstrate a passion about the role of Maths within education 

*Be able to establish strong relationships and have excellent interpersonal skills  *Act as a role model in teaching through: 

*Consistently outstanding personal practice 

*Proactively seeking innovation in pedagogy through evidence-based practice 

*Foster a climate of support, self-reflection and continuous improvement in other colleagues *Plan, deliver and evaluate a range of lessons to ensure student success

We are part of one of the biggest Multi-Academy chains in the South East of England - The Kemnal Academies Trust so progression can also be Trust wide. We passionately believe in collaborative working and actively promote school to school support. We also have time every week built into the school day for CPD to fully capitalise on the power of collaboration and sharing of good practice.
