An International School based in Hanoi, Vietnam are seeking a qualified and experienced Maths Teacher.
This British curriculum school offers a dynamic teaching and learning environment for students from all over the world. The school is well established and offers teaching in GCSE and A Level subjects for its secondary pupils.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, well qualified and dynamic Maths Teacher, who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience (due to visa requirements) working within schools (in the UK or elsewhere, preferably following the British curriculum) to fully support students at this school.
The Successful Candidate
Applicants must be qualified to degree level or above, plus hold a PGCE/QTS.
They should be familiar with the English curriculum, as experience delivering GCSE and A Level maths is essential. It would also be desirable to able to teach Further Maths.
The perfect candidate for the role will have good classroom practice and interpersonal skills, and have demonstrable evidence of innovating and adapting curricula to engage children and enable them to perform highly. It is also essential for the candidate to be able to successfully work in partnership with parents.
For visa purposes, candidates are required to have at least 3 years teaching experience post qualifying.
