Queen’s College, Taunton is one of the leading independent boarding schools based in the South West of the country, educating over 700 boys and girls (day and boarding), aged 0 to 18 years, and is part of the Methodist Independent Schools Trust.
A vacancy has arisen to join a successful Maths department from September 2020. You will be an exceptional mathematician with a dynamic and inspirational approach to teaching. As a well-qualified maths graduate with the ability to teach from year 7 to A level, you will enable all pupils to reach their potential, and challenge our most able of students. The successful candidate will be expected to become involved in College life beyond the classroom, and to contribute to the pastoral and co-curricular provision that lies at the heart of a busy day and boarding school.
Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and NQTs. The ability to teach Further Maths A Level would be an advantage.
