Media services is a new initiative with the School to provide teachers and students with support on digital literacies. Using the latest technologies both on-site and in the cloud, the Media Services team will help the school become a digital exemplar in the independent sector. You will be supported by the Director of Technical Services and the Senior Leadership Team and be given a free reign to explore new technologies for the betterment of education throughout the school. The team will play a key role in defining, orchestrating and delivering an ambitious digital strategy.
Reporting to the Media Services Co-ordinator, the Media Services Technician will be assisting staff with the preparation of work across a wide variety of services, including VLE, cloud resources and reprographic/print services. You will work with the Coordinator to identify current materials that can be moved to digital platforms. You will need to be a good communicator, as you will be advising and providing staff with assistance and training in utilising new technologies to delivery modern classroom teaching methods.

City of London Freemen’s was founded in 1854 in Brixton, where it educated both boys and girls. It moved to its current Surrey location in 1926, expanding in size to accommodate increasing numbers of students.
