Salary:                 £4,571.50 (£10.25 per hour) 

Location:       Upton Grange School, Slough SL3 7LR

Hours:                 10 hours per week; Monday - Friday 11:00-13:00

Contract:            Permanent; Term Time Only

We are looking for responsible, caring Midday Lunch Supervisor to join our fantastic team at Upton Grange School, Slough. As Midday Lunch Supervisor you will help support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring our facilities are well prepared to keep them, comfortable and healthy.

About us

Upton Grange School is a new specialist ASD provision. We have an exciting opporutunity for a Midday Lunch Supervisor to join our team due to growth and a new extension to our school. As part of the Hillingdon Manor group of schools and the Outcomes First Group, Upton Grange will offer day provision to children with Autism from the ages of 4 to 11 years old.

Upton Grange will provide specialist education for c35 pupils, aged between 4-11 years. Upton Grange deploys a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners, who present with a range of learning difficulties and styles. Our pupils are taught in smaller class sizes and work towards an Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum and National Curriculum expectations where appropriate.

About the Role

The Midday Lunch Supervisor will supervise in the dining room, encourage good eating practices and ensure the safety, welfare and conduct of pupils in accordance with our school policy. Additional responsibilities include helping in the kitchen, washing up and tidying in the dining room.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and caring Midday Assistant to join our supportive team. A patient, friendly approach with the ability to relate positively to children and adults is essential in this role.
