Midday Meals Supervisor

Salary: £21,865 (£7932 Pro-rata)

Scale: Scale Point 1

Hours: 11am-2pm Monday to Friday (Term Time only)

Start Date: June 2023

 Deer Park School moved into its state-of-the-art new premises in April 2021. Operated by Bellevue Place Education Trust, the school offers a broad and balanced curriculum with a specific focus on literacy and numeracy and strives to ensure that every child succeeds and achieves their full potential. 

 ·     We are looking for a Midday Meal Supervisor to work within a team to support and facilitate good quality dining and play experiences for children during their lunchtime break. The successful candidate may have experience working in the school kitchen environment (although this is not essential) and be able to ensure the smooth running of the meal arrangements by anticipating and dealing with problems, they will recognise the value of play, as well as being able to care for all aspects of children's welfare. 

·     Successful candidates will have experience of working with children, be motivated, able to work positively in a team, show initiative, and contribute to facilitating a positive and enjoyable eating experience, as well as a range of play opportunities.
