About the role: Are you a caring and patient person who loves to work with children? Are you seeking a part-time opportunity that keeps your mornings and afternoons free? Peninsula East Primary Academy is looking for a new member of the team to join as a Midday Meals Supervisor to support pupils during lunchtimes and to lead play and activities.

We would like to appoint a compassionate, patient and approachable candidate who is willing to be creative and proactive in providing high-quality lunchtime experiences for our children.

This role is part-time; 1 hour and 30 minutes per day during Term Time only (7.5 hours per week in total). This role offers an actual salary of £3,113 (£18,562 full time equivalent) per annum based on 7.5 hours per week (11.45am - 1.15pm, Monday - Friday), Term Time only and is fixed term until July 2022.


Working with us at Peninsula East Primary Academy: Peninsula East Primary Academy is a small 1 form entry primary school in the beautiful village of Allhallows. We have at the core of our ethos the pursuit of the highest standards possible in education. We believe in high aspirations, high motivation and high achievement for all. Through our extended curriculum we seek to meet the needs of the individual. We use the framework of the International Baccalaureate to deliver the National Curriculum and we are now an official World school for the IB. As part of this, we are able to link with other IB schools within the UK and abroad. We focus on developing the learner profile attributes, which encompass the skills needed to ensure our children become confident and successful global citizens. We aim to build a community underpinned by international mindfulness, traditional values and social justice in which all members are equally valued. We are also lucky to have extensive outdoor grounds as well as a new Nursery provision and we are proud of our links within the community, such as the Haven Holiday park and Slough Fort to name a few.

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2021, our Trust comprises 31 geographically organised academies (15 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating 20,000 students, and employing over 2,500 talented staff.
