Job overview

Contract: Part time, Permanent, Proportion of Week: 6.25hrs
Required attendance: Term Time only

We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor. The hours of work are: Monday - Friday, 11:55-13:10 (term-time only) but we would consider a job share for the right candidates. Our school motto is as simple as ABC; to be 'aspiring' for everyone, 'belonging' to our community and to always be 'creative' in everything we do, and our school really lives up to that challenge; as a result, Uplands School is a great place to work.

You will need to have the ability to work under direction and on your own initiative to provide general lunchtime supervisory support. We will expect you to be a good role model for our children. Duties include ensuring the dining hall is ready for lunchtime service, setting up tables and chairs, cleaning up afterwards and helping children with their meals. You will also be required to supervise the children on the playground.

To apply for this role please visit the school website: www.uplandsprimarystroud.co.uk  or contact finance@uplands.gloucs.sch.uk for more information. The closing date for applications is 09:00 on Friday 17th July.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff, and volunteers, to share the same commitment. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Closing date: 21/08/2020
Interview date: TBA
