We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join us at the Stanground Academy.

You will support the lunchtime food service and ensure the safety and engagement of pupils whilst on their lunch break. Duties will include a variety of cleaning tasks. You will have a friendly and helpful manner, experience of supervising children and holding a current First Aid Certificate would be advantageous.

Salary: £15,145 (£2,546 pro rata)
Hours: 7.5 hours a week, term time only (38 weeks)

Working hours will be based over lunch times, Monday to Friday, term time only; therefore this is reflected in the pro rata salary. Uniform and training will be provided.

The new Stanground Academy opened on 1 April 2012 and is one of the Greenwood Academies Trust’s Group of Academies, replacing the predecessor Stanground College. The Academy has since undergone a £24M building project and now boasts state of the art” buildings providing academic, vocational and sports facilities for pupils and staff.  These include fully-equipped specialist rooms, extensive sports facilities, a dance studio, a theatre and high tech ICT equipment.
