We are seeking a Middle Leader – Personalised Learning to support the Assistant Principal Personalised Learning and staff in ensuring high expectations for the well-being, engagement, learning progress and achievement of each student are met, and to deliver rigorous programs and curriculum/co-curriculum in Learning Enrichment for learning progress for all students. To be successful in this role, you will enhance teacher and school officer capacity and effectiveness by modelling high quality teaching and learning, professional learning, collaboration and cooperation. Effective and expected practices are embedded through the implementation of carefully planned, sequenced and resourced curriculum. There is a particular focus on the identification and support of students with particular learning needs including those who are verified. There is a strong emphasis on inclusion in considering strategies to meet student learning needs. It is expected that the successful applicant would be an expert in the provision of inclusive education. Post graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (eg inclusive education or special needs as recognised by BCE) is desirable.
