Founded in 2017, High Tech Academy is an innovative school, with elements of the International curriculum, American curriculum, and the Project Based Learning (PBL) instructional approach. Project Based Learning is a teaching method in which students learn by actively engaging in real-world and personally meaningful projects. Students work in an environment where they are stretched and challenged, and have their expectations raised to achieve demanding projects. The school is dynamic and forward thinking in that it aims to provide students with the academic and critically important skills for the 21st century and to develop innovative educational practices relevant to the needs of the modern learners. Our not-for-profit status means we continually reinvest for the future development of the school. Due to expansion this school seeks teachers who are energetic and enthusiastic, experienced in working with EAL learners, who are sensitive to cultural differences, are committed to equity and inclusion, and who want to develop innovative approaches and new teaching methodologies in education. As you might have noticed from visiting the school website, HTA has a young staff body at this developing school. Qualified teachers who are forward thinking, creative and adaptive will flourish well in this environment. Above all we want committed, passionate teachers who are aligned with our vision, and who wish to make a difference to our students’ lives.
The School offers a competitive salary, free accommodation including utilities, baggage allowance, medical insurance, annual flights and other benefits.
