SUIS Xiamen is the newest campus of the largest educational not-for-profit organization (Xiehe Education Group) in Shanghai. It is the campus that is most geographically removed from Shanghai. Our school will follow and further develop a truly international program as have all schools in the Xiehe Group. The philosophy of the SUIS group is ‘where East meets West' and each school has its own way of defining this international approach.
We promote bilingual education, personalized learning and the holistic development of each student. Our curriculum in the Primary and Middle Schools will initially be the SUIS Pioneer Curriculum leading to an international program in the Senior School that will ultimately include the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The Pioneer Curriculum integrates the compulsory local curriculum with English language and a Western thematic approach. Our success will ultimately be reflected by the placement of SUIS – Xiamen students into leading universities around the world.

- Qualified teachers, fluent English speaking with excellent verbal and writing skills;
- Holding a degree from a recognized institution (no lower than Bachelor) and a recognized teaching qualification;
- With preferably a minimum of two years of relevant teaching experience;

Educating students aged 6-18 years
SUIS Xiamen is a member of the largest educational not-for-profit organization (Xiehe) in Shanghai. SUIS Xiamen opened in August 2017 and will soon accommodate 1000 students (Grades 1-11), 130 teachers (international and local) and 25 support staff. Located in the beautiful, sub-tropical city of Xiamen our campus is the most geographically removed from SUIS in Shanghai, the School is already an accredited Cambridge Examinations Centre. From August 2019 SUIS Xiamen will open a new High School campus in the same road. SUIS Xiamen was granted approval for this at a recent high-profile government ceremony in the famous Exhibition Centre in the heart of the city, which hosted at a BRICS Conference President Xi of China, formerly the governor of this beautiful city-island. We seek qualified and experienced teachers to join us in maintaining our excellent reputation for international education here in China.

Our school community is renowned for its creative and nurturing approach. Both Primary and Secondary school productions were written and performed by our students and the musical score composed by our teachers. This is a cultural tradition we are proud of and aim to continue.
SUIS Xiamen boasts fine campus facilities with an Olympic sized swimming pool, spacious gymnasium catering for up to four PE lessons simultaneously, outdoor athletics track and artificial playing surface, extensive music and art zones, auditorium and lecture theatres. These amenities are used to full effect to ensure every student receives a highly effective holistic education. They are also used by staff regularly to play a wide range of sports.
