Term Time Only

15 hours per week

39 weeks worked per year/46 weeks paid per year

Single Status Grade 4 (SSP9 £18,933 to SSP10 £19,312)

Pro-rata salary starting form £6,789 p.a.

Proposed working pattern: 

Mon-Thurs - 7.30-9am & 3.15-4.45pm

Fri - 7.30-9am & 2.15-3.45pm

The Workplace is a newly opened AP Free school entering its second year, focussing on our founding principles of rigour, enterprise, industry driven & partnerships and offering high quality vocational education in industry standard settings alongside high quality delivery of Maths, English and Science. The school offers full-time education to students who require a curriculum beyond the mainstream offer. 

In the position of the Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and driving students from the Hastings & Rother area from allocated pick up points at the beginning and end of the school day. You will provide a punctual and supportive service that allows students to regularly attend.

The successful candidate will have experience in the provision of transport, and the maintenance of motor vehicles. You will be resilient and adaptable and willing to undertake training in the safeguarding and support of vulnerable young people.
