Due to an increase in uptake at KS4, Heanor Gate Science College, situated on the Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire border, is looking to appoint a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic professional who combines excellent organisational and teaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students. The successful applicant will join a very committed, forward thinking and successful team. We are a 'good' school (Ofsted March 2017) with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
The ability to teach French and/or Spanish is essential The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic teacher who has the ability to secure excellent exam results. This post can be full-time or part-time and is suitable for newly qualified teachers.
You will be passionate about MFL and the current developments within the subject, having a working knowledge of the new GCSE and will be able to plan and deliver interesting and stimulating lessons whilst setting a level of challenge for all abilities.
