Montessori/Early Years Teacher

Crickets Montessori Nursery School is looking for a Montessori/Early Years teacher to join our team in September 2018. Crickets is a privately owned nursery situated in leafy NW London in a beautiful and bright, purpose built eco - friendly building with extensive outdoor space which has consistently been rated Outstanding. The experience gained in the exciting environment of Crickets Montessori Nursery School gives children a firm foundation for the next stage of schooling. We are proud of our children’s creativity as well as their academic achievements but, most importantly, we create a warm, safe and nurturing atmosphere for children to thrive and develop at their own pace to reach their full potential.

Candidates would benefit from experience working with three to five year olds and have a relevant Montessori or Early Years qualification however newly qualified teachers are also welcome to apply. They should be dedicated, enthusiastic and, above all, have a good sense of humour. The role requires excellent organisational skills such as planning, record keeping and report writing. It involves working alongside a team of dedicated and passionate teachers in a class of 20 children, as well as being a key worker.

The position is term time only, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm.
