Vision for Education are currently working on behalf of an ‘Outstanding’ Montessori Day Nursery based in Macclesfield, who are seeking to appoint a motivated and passionate Nursery Nurse Practitioner for one of their Toddler rooms (15 months – 3 years). 

The nursery is set in a beautiful rural location, lending itself well to offering enriching outdoor learning experiences; key to the Montessori approach and philosophy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and passionate team of early years professionals, where working to the highest of standards, delivering the best education to their children is at the heart of everything they do. In return staff are awarded excellent opportunities to develop their skill set, whether this be to achieve a higher level of qualification (Level 3, Level 4 and Early Years Status) or to diversify their role and become trainers in a specific field.

To be considered for the role you must have the following qualification/s, experience and attributes:

Level 2/3 or above in Supporting, Teaching and Learning with Early Years Education specialism

Sound understanding of early years education and an appreciation for the Montessori philosophy (full training provided)

Ability to leverage an individual’s unique qualities and contribution

Reliable and committed

Passionate about putting the children and families at the centre of everything you do

Promoting mutual respect in a secure and caring environment

Reflective, open and transparent

Pay & Benefits:

£16,300 - £20,000 per annum

Hours:

Various shift patterns: 7-45 – 18.00 Monday to Friday

4 long days per week with one day off (37 hours and need to work a Friday)

4 long days and one short day (41.25 hours)

5 days taking the early (7.45), middle (8.30) or late (8.45) shift – (41.25 hours)
