In a unique and exciting new academic venture, Bryanston School are offering a full bursary award for the University of Gloucestershire’s MSc programme in Sports Strength and Conditioning as part of an ongoing relationship between University of Gloucestershire’s School of Sport and Exercise and Bryanston School.

If successful, you will have a superb opportunity to work with our Head of Performance Sport to deliver PSP programmes, run squad sessions, record performance testing data and play an instrumental role in helping students achieve their personal sporting aspirations.

A talented strength and conditioning graduate with excellent communication skills, you will be ambitious, hard-working and eager to play an important role in the PSP team and its endeavours. Interpersonal relationships, rapport and person-centred working will be important to you as you seek to develop the individuals engaged in our PSP programmes.

You will also have the opportunity to reside in staff accommodation within a boarding house and  play a central role in the running of the boarding house.

This is an exceptionally well-resourced department and teaching is available across the age range, with a focus on senior school pupils. There is a vibrant community of staff living on site, many of whom also undertake residential boarding house duties with accommodation provided. Full induction and support will be available, and there exists great opportunities for professional development as a part of this programme.
