Salary: Starting salary £27,481 per annum with incremental progression to £30,869

We require a motivated, pro-active and suitably qualified trainer / assessor to deliver on a range of construction craft apprenticeship programmes. The ideal candidate will have multi trade experience whilst having a specialism in brickwork with a level 3 NVQ or equivalent.

You will be joining a team of people who are committed to supporting learners to achieve outstanding outcomes in a fast-growing sector, delivering and assessing apprenticeship standards and frameworks up to level 3.

The successful candidate must have appropriate knowledge, skills and experience as there will be a requirement for supporting the delivery of knowledge, skills and behaviours (off the job) in the workplace.  Excellent IT skills are also key and the successful candidate must have experience of successful digital based learning. In addition, you must have experience in supporting learners to achieve excellent results, engaging with employers and supporting the recruitment of new learners.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess an assessor qualification (D32/3,A1,TAQA) and preferably IQA (D34/V1) qualification.
