Multiple Teaching Positions (with some possible Middle Leader roles) - McAuley College BEAUDESERT

McAuley College is seeking qualified, experienced teachers to take on the exciting role of foundation teachers, as the school enters its third year of operation and expands to include Years 7 to 9 in 2019. Specifically, the College is seeking teaching staff who have the capacity to teach across multiple disciplines including, but not limited to, Mathematics, English, Religion, Health and Physical Education, Humanities and Digital Technologies. Teachers should have a capacity to integrate technology as a tool to enhance student learning and embed whole school literacy and numeracy expected and effective teaching strategies. Accreditation to teach Religion in a Catholic School is a distinct advantage. Establishing a new school is a privilege which requires teachers who are resilient, hardworking and flexible. We are looking for people who are creative, both in the creation, planning and delivery of a contemporary and innovative curriculum, but also in their capacity to problem solve in a school which is developing resources, policies and procedures. We are seeking teachers who will share the journey, be prepared to work collaboratively, and be excited about building our community. All applicants must have either interim or full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible for registration. Teachers with the appropriate experience may also like to express an interest in one of the new Middle Leader Positions being advertised to commence in 2019. Successful applicants will be required to attend a one-day Formation Program on Monday 19 November at McAuley College Beaudesert.
