Music Coordinator

We seek to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic musician to join our exceptional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a music specialist teacher or a musician with teaching skills with at least one year’s experience to work in our small, friendly and thriving school. You must be very competent on the piano.

The Firs is a popular and successful independent co-educational primary school in Chester with 170 pupils on roll. It is based on a Christian ethos and is a member of the ISA. This is an exciting time at the school. Our music provision has greatly widened in the last few years with enthusiastic participation from all our children. You will teach the music curriculum from Pre-school to Y6, coordinate our peripatetic music teachers and run the school choir.
