Alderwood School has an exciting opportunity to start in April 2021, teaching Music at our vibrant school.


We are looking for candidates who are willing to jump straight into the job and to work alongside an already established Performing Arts department to develop and encourage learning. We are an all through 4-16 school and this vacancy is temporary for 1 term, based on the senior site.  


You will need to have knowledge of the relevant subject matter as well as the techniques required to manage behaviour, not to mention the creative elements involved with teaching in the classroom.


The person appointed will:

• Challenge and inspire our pupils

• Contribute to the wider life of the school

• Have energy and enthusiasm to deliver lessons that will engage, enthuse and motivate our learners to achieve the best possible outcomes
