Job overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent graduate of a UK Higher Education institution, to develop and deliver Outreach activity to targeted students in local Schools and Colleges, in order to support the progression of under-represented groups to Higher Education.

Provide targeted interventions and support for the students from NCOP wards attending the host College.  

Be responsible for planning, arranging, delivering and evaluating visits to Schools and Colleges in identified areas.  

Deliver regular interactive workshops and activities on campus and within Schools and Colleges.  This may include residential activities.  The sessions (for 14-19 year olds) are designed to raise aspirations and promote Higher Education in general.

This post is for a Fixed term until 31 December 2018 (potential for extension), and will be subject to reviews in line with the College’s Probationary Policy and Procedures.
