Enjoying a spectacular location at St. Donat’s Castle, perched above the Bristol Channel approximately 20 miles west of Cardiff, our 350 students are drawn from over 90 countries, with many attending on scholarship and all of them taking part in a well-developed co-curricular programme.
This is a key role for the College, as you will be leading the team in all aspects of the Student recruitment and admissions process. Your excellent multicultural engagement, communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build professional relationships and credibility with people at all levels, particularly national committees and other constituent parts of the UWC movement and ensure that you are comfortable representing the College at local, national and international level.
Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies as appropriate, you will continue to develop our admissions processes and procedures to ensure that the customer experience of all those engaging with the College is of the highest quality.
Extremely well organised, able to lead, coach, direct and manage a team, you are also able to work independently, ensuring an effective experience for all applicants to the College. You are required to be educated to degree level (or equivalent), have relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and other applications and have previous experience of developing systems and/or procedures.
You will be required to travel nationally and internationally to various locations.
Closing Date : Wednesday 22 May 2019 at 12 noon
Interviews will be held during the first week in June 2019 (most probably Thursday 6th) and candidates will need to be available to attend the College in person.
