A natural leader, your experience of multi-agency working and track record of improving behaviour and increasing attendance, will mark you out for this role - you know what a successful strategy looks like and this will be your chance to share your vision and set the agenda across a national platform for the next 3-5 years.

It’s no small task, which is why you will have the unwavering support of our Executive Team you alongside you and a clear career pathway that stretches and challenges, nurtures and supports giving you the chance to be bold in your approach and realise what is possible.

All in all it will enable you to successfully lead change to make the improvements necessary to drive up standards of behaviour and attendance. And with this enable our students to ‘find their remarkable’.
