Alongside the Director of Primary and Ark’s subject Network Leads, the Network Lead Teacher for Primary you will work across the primaries in the Birmingham hub to ensure rapid improvement in end of key stage results and high quality teaching and learning across the academies. The role is part of the Ark education team and plays a key role in helping to shape the network as we grow.
Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding primary teacher with experience of working with end of key stage classes (in particular Year 6), at a leadership or AST level. You will be aligned to Ark’s high aspirations and expectations for pupils and staff and have demonstrable evidence of leading/driving teaching and learning in the primary phase.
