 Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a University degree in ICT and a minimum of 5 years experience in the field.

Is recognized by staff as someone who has outstanding skills in ICT and Media and who is up to date with their knowledge and skill set

Is able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Chinese and English 

The successful candidate will be able to:

Work effectively under the direction and in partnership with the Director of Education Technologies

Oversee and Manage the school Network

Support all teachers and staff with ICT and Media related support

Manage and upkeep all technologies (ICT and Media Technologies) 

Evaluate and deploy new network and communication infrastructure related products, solutions and services

Project Coordination and Communication with vendors and Hong Kong ICT Operations office

Responsible for the monitoring and management of the VPN and data communications lines in campus

Perform System Support and Administration Duty on Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office 365

Perform front line support for Apple OS X and iOS devices and related products

Familiar with Windows/Mac systems and devices

Familiar with PHP/MYSQL

Familiar with/willing to develop expertise in all  ICT programmes used by Hangzhou CIS staff

Familiar with Windows server/switches

Hands-On experience in administering and maintaining the followings :

Cisco Switches

Wireless Products

Perform front line to support and operate all Performing Arts and Film technologies throughout the school
