Working as part of The GORSE Academies Trust, Elliott Hudson College aims to ensure that students receive an outstanding education that focuses on aspiration, high expectations and personalisation. Together these non-negotiable values will instil in young people a self-belief that enables them to access the highest standard of higher educational provision and employment.
Through this approach Elliott Hudson College will be a catalyst for social change, transforming opportunities for the young people in the communities it serves. We are determined to ensure that poverty and deprivation should in no way limit either the quality of a young person’s educational experience or the levels of achievement to which those students are able to rise.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational Head of Alliance to join Elliott Hudson College in September 2019; the successful candidate will be critical in our mission to ensure that the College continues to deliver truly outstanding education. Working in partnership with the Vice Principal and Senior Assistant Principals, the Heads of Alliance oversees significant aspects of our pastoral work. The successful candidate will be able to inspire and motivate young people and demonstrate passion, integrity and a strong record of effective practice. Our standards and expectations are high and we expect our Heads of Alliance to lead our continuing drive for excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is keen to be at the centre of our organisational change. The last few years have been exceptional for The GORSE Academies Trust and we are incredibly proud that Elliott Hudson College has been judged as ‘outstanding’ in all areas, by Ofsted in March 2018.
