ABC TeachersNorth Birmingham
Date posted:
Contract type: Part Time / Full Time
Salary: Undisclosed
Contract term: Supply
Suitable for NQTs: Yes

ABC Teachers are currently working with North Birmingham primary schools for NEWLY QUALIFIED TEACHERS to start September 2018 placements.

We currently work with the majority of primary schools in the Birmingham region where we have successfully found positions for newly qualified teachers in the past for them to go on and complete their NQT year on supply. Did you know you can do this on supply?

So, what are the benefits?

  • you are not tied down to one school meaning if you do not like it then you can leave without lengthy notice periods which eat into your NQT year
  • you can pick and choose where you want to work (work close to home or as far away as you'd like)
  • you can complete your NQT year in 3 different schools to gain valuable experience
  • you can try the school on supply before entering into a long term to gauge an idea of what the school is like

This is an excellent way of completing the most important year in your teaching career so far.

If you are interested in this position, please contact Alexander Waldron today on 0121 274 0345 or 'Apply now' to submit your details.

As a preferred supplier of Birmingham City Council, you can be safe in the knowledge that we will be confident of finding the work that you want.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. All staff will hold an enhanced DBS disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you), need to provide professional or academic references and attend a face to face interview. A prohibition from teaching check will be completed for all applicants. Telephone calls to and/or from ABC Teachers may be recorded for training, safeguarding and compliance purposes.
